5 cups flour unsifted
3 cups sugar
5 tsps. Baking soda
2 tsps salt
1 cup oil
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
1 16 oz. box Raisin Bran
or 11-oz. 40 % Bran Flakes

Toss dry ingredients together lightly. Add oil, eggs, and buttermilk and mix well. Fold in Raisin Bran until blended. . Bake desire amount in greased muffin tins at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Or bake and freeze, reheat in foil and serve warm

The mixture can be kept refrigerated for 4 - 6 weeks. It was great because it would make it up and spoon it out and cook it in the mornings before school. It was nice to have something warm instead of the usual breakfast of doughnuts.
