4 eggs
Milk
2/3 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1 tsp flour
Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs well. Add 1 c. milk and mix. Mix sugar, salt, and flour. Add to eggs and milk. Add 2 1/2 c. milk and mix.

Pour into 9X9 baking dish. Sprinkle top with nutmeg. Set dish into larger pan. Add 1 1/2 inches of water in bottom pan. Bake at 375 º until set, 45-60 minutes.
