2 T. Dijon mustard
6 T. brown sugar
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. oil

Mix well, refrigerate.

Pour dressing over washed, drained and torn greens:

Lettuce
Bibb lettuce
Spinach
Chopped green onions
Red grapes, cut in half
Mandarin oranges, drained
Toasted cashews
