1 lb. ground pork sausage
2 c. shredded cheese
6 slices bread (without crusts and cubed)
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage; crumble and drain off fat. Mix together rest of ingredients. Add cooled sausage. Pour into greased glass baking dish (9 x 13 inches). Refrigerate overnight or for several hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
