4 (3 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 cans crabmeat
2 onions, minced
4 eggs, hard cooked and minced
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. paprika
Dash of freshly ground pepper
Directions:

Mix cream cheese with mayonnaise until smooth. Add rest of ingredients and mix well; refrigerate.

Serve as an appetizer with crackers. Can be served in a chafing dish as a hot spread.
