1/2 C. Butter
1/2 C. Sugar
1/2 C. Brown Sugar
1/2 C. Creamy Peanut Butter
1 Egg
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 1/2 C. All Purpose Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Blend in peanut butter. Mix in egg and vanilla until well blended. Stir together flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix into peanut butter mixture until well blended. Shape into balls and place 1 1/2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until light brown.
