"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
In a food processor, grind onion, parsley, garlic and bell pepper. In a medium mixing bowl, add the meat and then add veggies. Next, add all of the spices and all other ingredients into the mixing bowl, then mix well.

Take one flour tortilla and 1 large spoonful from the filling and spread it evenly over the tortilla, using the back of the spoon. Repeat process with all of the pie's and be ready to bake. Lay a large piece of aluminum foil on the oven shelf. Preheat oven on 500º, Place 3 or 4 of the prepared tortilla on the top oven shelf with the foil.
Now change the oven heat to (low broil).

Place the oven shelf with the meat pies under the broiler for approx. 5 minutes or until you see the meat is cooked and tortilla is slightly toasted on ends (depending on your oven). Take out the pies and place on a cooling rack. After cooling all, stack the pie's on top of each other to stay soft. Serve with yogurt mint salad.
