Rice, make a day before and spread out on a cooky sheet and let it dry out. Stir it every once in a while.
ham
bacon, cut in pieces
peas
carrots
onion, diced
green onion, sliced
eggs, beaten
water chestnuts, sliced
bean sprouts
whatever else you want to add

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots till they are 1/2 done. Stir fry the ham till some of the moisture cooks out and it browns a little. Then stir fry peas and carrots in a wok, take out and put in big bowl. Add some oil and cook the eggs, take out, add to bowl, cook bacon, take out, add the rice and stir fry it in the bacon grease. Add the other stuff, add some soy sauce. Put all in the pan and heat through. Don't add green onions and bean sprouts till very end, when heating through. Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
