Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1 stick melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 bag mini marshmallows
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
3 Tbsp light corn syrup
5 Tbsp butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 9x13 pan (preferably glass). Mix the Cake, eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla (first 5 ing.) on low until dry is all incorporated. Then increase to medium and mix for a minute or two. Pour batter into pan and bake 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cover the cake with mini marshmallows, it may not take the entire bag, but close. You want the marshmallows soft with a hint of golden. (3-5 mins - watch!) Allow it to cool.
Butterscotch: Put in a glass bowl - brown sugar, evap milk, corn syrup, butter and microwave at full power for one minute. Stir. Then microwave at 50% power for 1 minute. Stir. Then again at 50% power for 1 minute more. Stir and add vanilla. (be sure to adjust your microwave for this part - it's simple).
Pour butterscotch over top of cake allowing it to completely cover the top. There will be some sauce (or a lot) left over.
Slice cake and serve in a dish with additional butterscotch sauce poured over.
