2 large potatoes
1 egg
2 stalks celery
1/2 med onion
1/3 c pimiento stuffed green olives
3 tbsp dill pickle relish
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tsp celery seed
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil whole potatoes and egg until done. Cool, peel and chop into bite size chunks. Chop onion, celery and olives and add. Stir in relish, mayo, mustard, celery seed until thoroughly mixed and potatoes are coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
