1 bunch spinach
1/2 head lettuce
1/2 lb. bacon
3-4 boiled eggs
1/4 lb.fresh mushrooms
1 small red onion
1 carrot
Directions:

Vinaigrette Dressing:

1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
freshly ground pepper
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/8 tsp. oregano

Tear spinach and lettuce into bite size pieces. Add crisp, crumbled bacon, sliced eggs, mushrooms and onion, and grated carrot. Mix ingedients as listed for dressing and serve with salad.
