Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6-8 pound beef brisket
onion salt
garlic salt
liquid smoke
barbeque sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Trim all fat and rub on onion salt and garlic salt all over both sides of meat. Rub a little liquid smoke into meat. Seal in double foil. Put in pan and bake 4 hours at 325º.
Put meat into refrigerator and let it sit overnight.
Next day, open the brisket and save juices. Slice in strips (about 1/8 inch or so) and stack in a baking dish (like bread) in vertical position. Refrigerate again. Just before serving, take your favorite bbq sauce (you may add the juices to the bbq sauce if desired) and cover the meat, making sure you work in between the slices and then warm it about 1/2 hour until hot. Lay foil lightly over the top but don't seal.
