8 large potatoes, cooked and shredded
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 pint sour cream
2 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. minced onion

Topping:
1 c. crushed corn flakes
2 tbsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Add butter, soup, sour cream, and cheese together and beat until cheese is melted. Add onions and blend with potatoes. Put in casserole dish (11x8).
Mix together butter and crushed cornflakes for topping and cover the casserole. Bake uncovered at 350º for about 45 minutes until bubbly and golden.
