1 pkg brussell sprouts
2-3 strips of bacon
1 medium burmuda onion
1 garlic clove (minced) optional
balsamic vinegar (just to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
brown the bacon. Remove bacon bits from the pan (set aside). Add onions, garlic and brussell sprouts to the pan w/bacon fat along with balsamic vinegar (not too much) saute until tender. The balsamic vinegar should turn to a glaze like consistency, which will intensify the flavor.
