Ingredients:  
1 1/2 c. uncooked Basmati rice
3 T. olive oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic
2 c. chicken broth
or delete the wine and use 3 c broth
1 c. white wine
1/ tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped fresh herb of your choice (cilantro, parsley, etc)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute rice & onion in oil for 5 minutes.
Put garlic, broth (wine), rosemary, pepper and salt into a sauce pan. Bring to a boil.
Place rice in a baking dish and pour broth over rice.Cover and bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Stir rice and add chopped herb. Bake another 10 minutes.
