Frozen Mashed Potatoes
1 cup of sour cream
1 8-oz cream cheese
6 tbsp butter or margarine
2 tbsp dried minced onion
1/2-1 tsp salt
paprika (on top)

Directions:
Directions:
Mash potatoes according to box directions. Add sour cream, cream cheese, 4 tbsp butter. Drizzle rest of margarine on top. Sprinkle paprika on top.

Bake covered at 350 for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake another 20 minutes. Stand at room temperature for at least 30 minutes. Use 9x13 in pan.
