2 Tbsp butter
2 medium carrots, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
4 tsp all-purpose flour
2 1/2 cups skim milk
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 can (12oz) whole kernel corn, drained
1 tsp dried parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium hat. Saute carrots, onions and garlic for 3 to 5 minutes or until tender.

Stir in flour. Add milk, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Bring to boil, Stirring often. Stir in kidney beans, corn, and parsley flakes.

Simmer, uncovered, over low heat for 10 minutes.
