5 tbsp. Butter, divided
¼ c. all-purpose Flour
3 c. whole Milk
1 tsp. dried Parsley Flakes
1 tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Black Pepper
6 c. peeled Potatoes, thinly sliced
1½ c. fully cooked Ham, cubed
1 small Onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, melt 4 tbsp. butter. Stir in flour. Gradually stir in milk. Stir in parsley, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil; stir and cook 2 minutes.

In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients; spoon half the mixture into a 2½ qt. baking dish.
Top with half the sauce mixture. Repeat layers.

Cover and bake about 70 min. in 350º oven or until potatoes are almost done. Uncover; dot with remaining butter. Bake uncovered until potatoes are done, about 15 minutes.
