1 # ground beef or chuck
1/2 good size.. onion peeled and chopped fine
2 beef bouillon cubes (you can use dried onion soup)
1 C Tomato soup
1 C mushroom soup (I use cream of onion because Mushrooms are not allowed) It's a Scott thing:)
1/4-1/2 cup of cheese I use whatever is on hand.Cheddar.mozz,velvetta, provolone anything you have even Parmesan
1/2 # egg noodles Cook them

brown burger down with onions drain off grease
I use two beef boulian cubes for extra flavor
add soups and noodles
finish with cheese
Cook on low until cheese is melted

this is an easy dish I use to make it for all the kids they liked the name.
Serve with hot bread or biscuits and fruit salad
