"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Chicken thighs & drumsticks
Stewed tomatoes
Seasoning to taste
2 eggs
1 cup of flour
dash of salt
equal amounts of milk & water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken pieces. Put in a large casserole dish or small roasting pan and cover with stewed tomatoes. Bake at 350°F for 50-60 minutes

Knuckles:
Beat eggs, add flour & salt. Add milk & water until texture is doughy but not too thick (or thin). Drop into a pot of boiling, salted water by teaspoonful.
Stir occasionally to keep from sticking together (add a little oil or butter to water helps too!) Depending on the size of the pot, it may take a few "batches" to cook all the batter. The knuckles will float to the top when done. Continue until all dough is used. Serve goulash over knuckles with your choice of veggie.

Leftovers? Put all leftovers in one pot/pan and re-heat.
