Whole chicken
1 large box of chicken broth
Salt & pepper
2 cans of biscuits (not layered)

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in Dutch oven and cover with broth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil over medium heat until you have a rolling boil, then reduce heat so you have a simmer boil. Cook chicken for 1 ½ hours until meat falls off bones. Remove chicken from broth and let cool until
you can remove meat from bones. Discard bones, skin and gristle. Remove fat from the broth, place chicken back in broth and bring to a boil over medium to high heat. When liquid is boiling, open a can of biscuits and tear off pieces about the size of a quarter and drop in the boiling liquid. Cook until the biscuits are done, about 10 minutes.
