4 center cut pork chops, bone-in
2 cans of cream of celery soup
1 can of water
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Garlic powder
Lowery seasoned salt
2 cups of rice

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil on medium heat and brown pork chops. When brown, drain oil and add both cans of soup. Add 1 can of water. If you want more gravy, add more water. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for about 30-45 minutes.
If you simmer longer the meat will be more tender. Adjust seasonings as it cooks. Taste occasionally and add more garlic powder or seasoning salt as needed. Cook rice as directed on the package. Place pork chop over rice; pour gravy.
