Oil
4 eggs
2c of milk
2c of flour
1 tsp of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 F.Cover the bottoms of each muffin tin (compartment) with oil. Place the tins in the oven and let them heat whil you prepare the mix.
Throw all ingrediants (except oil) into a blender and whip it together.
Pour mix into hot muffin tins to half way. Do not overfill.
Bake until done. Approx 30 min.

These are the best yorkshire puddings in the world (when my parents make them.) They say the trick is to use really really old muffin tins.
