2 tsp. olive oil
6 boneless pork chops, 1/2" thick
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. (8 oz.) fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 onion diced
1 jar (26 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 tbsp. dried basil leaves
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
In a non-stick skillet on high heat, add oil. Add pork chops; cook 2 minutes each side. Transfer to a 9x13" baking dish. Reserve drippings. Sprinkle chops with cheese.

Add vegetables to drippings in skillet and cook 6-8 minutes. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Cook over medium heat 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour over chops.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Cook 5 minutes longer. Serve with pasta.
