1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut in 1/4" pieces
1/2 cup water
1 pkg (1-1/4 oz.) Taco seasoning
1 cup refried beans
4 tostada shells
1/2 cup (4-cheese) Mexican-style, shredded
1 cup lettuce, finely chopped
1 avocado, finely chopped
1/4 cup Thick'N'Chunky salsa
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
In non-stick skillet over medium heat, cook chicken about 4 minutes. Add water and seasoning. Simmer about 5 minutes. Sauce should thicken.

If used as a meal: Spread 4 tostada shells with chicken mixture; add remaining ingredients.

If used as a dip: Break up tostadas into chips. Spread refried beans, then chicken and other ingredients.
