1 lb. box elbow macaroni
8 slices bacon, diced
1 tbsp. butter
2 cups 2% milk
1 tsp. onion flakes
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup Colby-Jack cheese, shredded
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 slices American cheese

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.

Cook diced bacon until browned; drain; save 2 tbsp. of drippings. Add butter in same pan. Whisk in flour until smooth. Slowly whisk in milk. Add onion flakes, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil; keep stirring. Reduce heat; simmer 2 minutes.

Pour hot milk mixture in a large bowl and combine with the first 3 cheeses. When melted, add bacon and American cheese slices.

In pasta pot, mix cheese sauces to macaroni. Put in a sprayed 3 qt. baking dish. Bake 20 minutes. (Broil for a couple minutes.)
