2 lbs. onions, chopped
8 celery stalks, chopped
1 cup minced parsley
1 large can chicken broth
8 beaten eggs
2 cups apple juice
1 Tbsp. salt
1 box golden rains
4 15 ounce bags Arnold plain bread cubes
