1 c. Crisco butter flavor shortening
1/2 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. quick cook oatmeal
1/2 bag (11 or 12 oz bag) each of milk chocolate, white chocolate and butterscotch chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs. Add salt, soda and vanilla. Gradually add in flour and then oatmeal. Stir in chips.
Place spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350º for 7 - 10 minutes, depending on the oven.
