2 1/2 cups chicken (I just throw the frozen tenders or breasts in the crockpot)
1- 11oz can Mexicorn (whole kernel corn with sweet peppers), drained
1- 10 3/4 oz can condensed cream of potato soup
1- 4 oz can diced green chili peppers
2 T snipped fresh cilantro
1- 1 1/4 oz. envelope taco seasoning mix
3 cups chicken broth
8 oz carton dairy sour cream
4 oz Velveeta, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, corn, soup, undrained chili peppers, cilantro, taco seasoning. Stir in chicken broth.
Cover Low 8-10 hours
or High 4-5 hours
Stir 1 cup hot soup into sour cream. Stir sour cream mixture and cheese into the mixture in crockery. Cover. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir until combined. Once served in individual bowls, add tortilla chips.
