2 C. Sugar
1 3/4 C. All Purpose Flour
3/4 C. Cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
2 Eggs
1 C. Milk
1/2 C, Vegetable Oil
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 c. Boiling Water

Icing:
1 Stick Butter
2/3 C. Cocoa
3 C. Powdered Sugar
1/3 C. Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Grease and flour 2 - 9 inch or 1 - 9x13 cake pan. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla, beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin). Pour into pan(s). Bake 30-35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on wire rack. Completely cool. Frost.

Icing: Melt butter. Stir in cocoa. Alternately add powdered sugar and milk, beating on medium speed to spreading consistency. If needed add more milk. Stir in vanilla. Frost cake.
