4 C. Cooked Beets
4 Stick Cinnamon
1 C. White Vinegar
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Sugar
6 Cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Boil beets until tender. Peel beets and place in pint or quart jars. Boil vinegar with spices and sugar 5 minutes. Pour over hot beets and seal. Place jars with water covering tops. Boil in hot water bath 5 minutes. Lids will pop when sealed.
