1 3/4 C. mashed pumpkin 1 1/4 C.
1 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp.
1 1/2 C. milk 1 C. + 2 T.
3 eggs 2
1 c. white sugar 3/4 C.
1/2 tsp. cinnamon 3/8 tsp.
1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1/8 tsp.
1/4 tsp. ginger 1/8 tsp.
1 T. melted butter 2 tsp.

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients into blender. Blend just until smooth. Pour into unbaked pastry crust. Bake just until silver knife inserted into pie center comes out clean.

This pie got its name when we were dinner guests in a church member's home. Not being a huge pumpkin pie fan, I took one bite and proclaimed it was the "best pumpkin pie I had ever eaten". It has become a tradition at our Thanksgiving dinners.
