1 cup buckwheat
(the light works best,
it has less granulation)
1/2 cup millet flour
1/4 cup tapioca flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 beaten egg yolks
1 1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
2 beaten egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks & milk. Combine dry ingredients. Beat into liquid. Beat in oil. Fold in egg whites.
Cook on waffle iron about 4 min (depends on heat setting)
Optional: add a dash of cinnamon to dry ingredients
