1 cup butter
1/2 cup icing sugar
2 cups white rice flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add flour and salt. (I use a mixer but it is always ‘crumbly’.)
Press into a 8X10 or equivalent pan. (I use glass pan which I think makes it whiter.)
Draw lines for squares on the top.
Place cut cherry pieces on each square before baking.
Bake 325º 25-30 min
