2 Sticks Butter
1 C. Brown Sugar, Packed
1/2 C. Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 1/2 C. All Purpose Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
3 C. Quick Cook Oats
1 tsp. Cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Add flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon, mix well. Stir in Oats. Bake 350º 10-12 minutes. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet.
