round steak
large onion
mushrooms
3/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup oil
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup white wine
3 tbsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak in thin strips and place in large bowl. Add 1 large onion and 1 green pepper, cut into chunks. Add fresh mushrooms (cut larger ones in chunks), lightly sautéed. For marinade, combine ingredients and boil. Add sugar (adjust amount to cut salt of soy sauce). Marinate meat and vegetables overnight. Broil. Serve with Fried Rice.
