2 dzn frozen Cheese Ravioli
1 dzn Eggs
4 lbs Herb Italian Bread Crumbs*
4 c Flour
4 c Milk
2 gal Boiling Water with Salt and Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water and add 1 tbs salt and 1/4 c oil. Cook frozen ravioli for 4-6 minutes. Rinse with cold water and set aside.

Break one dozen eggs and mix with 4 c milk, set aside.

In a separate bowl, add 4 c flour and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Dust ravioli in flour, then in egg/milk mixture, and coat in breadcrumbs. Fry ravioli for 3-4 minutes in hot oil (350º). Serve with red sauce.
