2/3 c Butter
2/3 c Sugar
4 eggs
1/3 c Milk- warm
1/8 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Allspice
1/8 tsp Salt
4 1/2 c Pastry Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 slightly beaten Egg
Sesame Seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugar. Add 4 eggs in, one at a time, beating well after each.

Gradually add in lukewarm milk, spices, and salt.

Sift baking powder into flour, and slowly add into mixture until dough is the correct consistency (soft and smooth). Knead till smooth- about ten minutes.

Shape into small rolls, about five inches long. Shape each roll into a wreath and press ends firmly together.

Brush tops with beaten egg and milk, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake at 400 º for 15-20 on an ungreased cookie sheet, until golden brown.
