1 lb. sausage, cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. Monterey jack cheese, grated
1 c. Hidden Valley ranch dressing
1 c. ripe black olives, sliced
1/2 red pepper, chopped
1 package fresh or frozen Won Ton Wrappers
Vegetable oil
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blot sausage dry with paper towel and combine with cheeses, dressing, olives, and red peppers. Lightly grease a muffin tin and press one wrapper in each cup. Brush lightly with vegetable oil. Bake 5 minutes, until golden. Remove from tins and place on a baking sheet. Fill with sausage mixture. Bake for 5 minutes or until bubbly. Makes 4-5 dozen.
