3 lbs. small red potatoes
1 lb. pork kielbasa sausage, sliced
4 green onions, sliced
1/2 c. dill pickle relish
1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. white wine vinegar or white vinegar
1 tsp. dried tarragon
1 T. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
3 cloves garlic, minced

Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover in large stockpot for 10-15 minutes or until tender; drain and let cool to touch. Meanwhile, cook sausage in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 4 minutes or until browned. Drain and set aside. Slice potatoes with skins intact. Combine potato slices, green onions, pickle relish and parsley in a large bowl; fold in sausage carefully. Combine oil and remaining 6 ingredients in a 2 c. glass measuring cup. Microwave on HIGH 1 1/2 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil. Pour hot dressing over potato mixture; toss carefully to coat. Great for a backyard BBQ! 8 servings.
