Spread crescent dough on bottom of 10x15 in. jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min. Mix cream cheese, ranch mix and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy. Spread onto cooled baked crescent roll crust. Top with vegetables.
