1 lb. lean, hot sausage
3 (4 oz.) cans whole green chilies, drained
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
9 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
2 T. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain between paper towels. Layer sausage with chilies and cheeses in a 9x13 in. glass baking dish. Combine eggs, milk and flour until well blended. Pour liquid over layered mixture. For a festive brunch, decorate top with strips of green chilies in lattice design. Bake at 350ºF for 40-45 minutes. Slice and serve. *This dish is great served with fresh fruit and muffins.
