1 lb Ground Beef
1/2 c Onion- diced
1 env. Taco Seasoning
1 -4oz can Chopped Green Chilies - drained
1 1/2 c Milk
3/4 c Bisquick
3 Eggs
2 sliced Tomatoes
1 c Shredded Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º and grease a pie plate.

Cook beef and onion till brown and then drain oil. Stir in the taco mix and then spread in pie plate. Spread chilies on top.

Beat milk, bisquick and eggs until smooth. Pour into plate.Bake 25 minutes.

Top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake 8-10 more minutes longer- until knife in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.

Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes, lettuce and shredded cheese.
