2 sticks of butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 tsp. vanilla
2 small eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda.
1/16 cup of fine ground coffee (expresso good)
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
6 oz. bitter sweet dark chocolate

set oven at 350º
Whip the sugars, butter, vanilla and eggs together
In a separate bowl, mix the salt, baking soda,
coffee and cocoa powder
MIx dry ingredients with the butter/sugar/egg mixture
Chop in food processor until bb-sized crumbles: 6 oz. of bitter sweet dark chocolate
Add the crumbles and 8 oz of semi-sweet chocolate chips to the cookie mix.
Use ice cream scoop to make cookies and slightly flatten top. Makes 23 cookies.
In 350 oven for 13 minutes.
