Sliced tomatoes
Mozzarella (fresh), sliced
Basil leaves
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Slice tomatoes. Add salt, pepper, garlic salt if desired.
Place mozzarella slices and fresh basil leaves on each slice. Stack slices and place in shallow 9 x 9 inch pan.
Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
