1/2 c Butter
1/2 c Brown Sugar
1 Egg separated -slightly beaten
1 c Sifted Four
1 tsp Vanilla
Crushed nuts
Jelly or Preserve of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except egg white. Make small balls of dough.

Roll balls in egg white and then in crushed nuts.

Place on cookie sheet, and press an indent into each ball with the back of a spoon. Bake for 5 minutes at 325.

Take out, and dent each cookie again. Bake 15 more min.

Before servings, put jelly/preserves into dent.
