Jalapeņo peppers
1 cup chopped parsley
1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cumin
2 tablespoon olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender, puree enough jalapeņo peppers to measure 1 cup. Puree the parsley and cilantro together and mix well with the pureed peppers. Add the garlic, seasoning and olive oil and blend well. Store in a jar in the refrigerator. This condiment will keep for many months.
