1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. finely chopped tart apple
1/2 c. chopped pecans, divided
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon


Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, apple, cinnamon and 1/4 c. pecans. Shape into a log and roll in remaining pecans. Cover and refrigerate. Remove 20 min. before serving. Serve with vanilla wafers or assorted crackers.
