Ingredients:  
3 egg whites
1 cup of sugar
2 tsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsps. cocoa
Directions:
Directions:
Cooking oil spray
Whip egg whites until stiff, gradually
add 1/2 cup of sugar whipping constantly.
Combine water and vanilla. Add to egg
whites a few drops at a time, alternately
with the rest of the sugar. Whip continually
Gently fold in cocoa by hand.
Bake for 30 mins. pt 250 .
