2 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. lard
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 cup tomato catsup
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup chopped celery
salt to taste
cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion in lard, add hamburger and remaining ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve on hamburger buns.
